FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Where Do You Go?

Our primary areas of operation are located in the heart of Santa Fe, including the downtown historic district, the Railyard Center, and Canyon Road. We offer a variety of services to our guests, including transportation to destinations such as hotels and restaurants, as well as sightseeing and historic tours. Our knowledgeable staff is dedicated to providing our guests with an enjoyable and memorable experience while exploring the rich history and culture of Santa Fe.

How Can I Get A Ride?

Our drivers often drive around the downtown Plaza when they don't have any guests. If you happen to be on the Plaza, you might be able to catch a ride by flagging down an available driver. Alternatively, you can call us at (505) 577-5056 and we can send an available driver your way. In addition, we will be offering package tour deals in the near future, so stay tuned for more information on that!

How Much Do You Charge?

Our standard rate is $2 per minute or $120 per hour. For most destinations around downtown, the ride will take between five to ten minutes, resulting in charge of $10 to $20.

Do You Have A Weight Limit?

Our drivers are advised not to take more than 500 pounds for practical and safety reasons. It is important to note that the ultimate decision on weight allowance is at the driver's discretion.

What Are Your Vehicles Called And Where Do They Come From?

Our pedicabs ar made by Mainstreet Pedicabs, the industry standard of pedicabs manufacturing. We'll let them describe a pedicab in their own words: "Our company produces high-quality pedicabs that are widely used by businesses across the country and around the world. While our vehicles are commonly referred to as "pedicabs," it's worth noting that other terms such as "pedacab," "pedalcab," and "bicycle rickshaw" are also used to describe similar vehicles. However, regardless of the name, our pedicabs are designed to provide a safe, reliable, and eco-friendly transportation option for passengers and drivers."
